Serene Soul Wellness Nurse provides distance Reiki sessions, astrology chart readings, workshops, and other wellness services. All services are intended to support overall well-being and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requested (e.g., for astrology readings or session bookings).
• You understand that the results of our services may vary from person to person.

• Payment is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for refunds.

• Digital services, such as astrology chart readings, will be delivered via email within 24-48 hours of receiving your completed information form.
• Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email within the stated timeframe.

• All content, materials, and information provided during our sessions, workshops, or on our website are the intellectual property of Serene Soul Wellness Nurse.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our materials without prior written consent.

• Serene Soul Wellness Nurse is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the services or guidance provided.
